We're Don Alans, and we've been a premier men's clothier here in Pensacola, FL, since 2001. We want to help you look your best and find the proper fit for your style and budget. Our Story

At Don Alans, our story began in 2001 when our owner, Don Alans, opened our flagship store in Pensacola, FL. Located in the charming old Anchor Bar on Palafox Street at Zaragosa, just across from Jackson's Steakhouse, we set out to create a haven for the sophisticated man seeking exceptional menswear. We take pride in offering a wide range of inventory that caters to every aspect of a man's wardrobe. But specifically a leather overnight bag that we wanted but didn't have room in our luggage for the flight back. They paid to ship it to us! UPDATE: I wanted to add some pictures now that I have my suit!! Loving it! Thank you again Don Alans!! This place is an absolute gem and it’s because of the superb customer service not to mention the amazing vibe here. I felt so cool and taken care of and will be a customer for life. Here’s why: I was looking for a local place to get fitted for a custom suit that I could wear for some upcoming performances. I was able to get an appointment with Bryan and right away on the phone call my first impression was that Bryan really cared about what I was looking for and wanted to know some details of what I needed. He suggested I come in at a time where he, Courtney and Evan could be free to give me their undivided attention. I brought my wife and they guided us step by step through the process of creating a custom suit along with some excellent options to accessorize the suit with different shirts that will allow for many different looks. Before this process, I really didn’t have any experience or knowledge about suits in general and they were so kind to educate me along the way without any judgment or pretense. Just an overall amazing experience! They even gave my wife and I suggestion about a great place to eat for lunch around the corner which we went to right after…. But wait there’s MORE!!! While at lunch my wife and I were still so happy with the service we received and were still talking about it when we saw Evan come in the restaurant briefly and we just figured hey they probably wanted him to bring back some good food since they recommended the place to us. Well it turns out that they all devised a plan to come and pay for our lunch as a surprise to thank us for our business. When we asked our server to get the bill he told us “Oh, Don Alans already paid for your lunch!” We looked at each other and were completely blown away that these people would do something so generous and cool like that. I was already planning to be a customer for life just based off the experience and service they gave me while I was at their store but this is just another level of service. It’s not every day that you get such a pleasant surprise like that where it leaves you looking around like “whaaaat?!??” Incredible! Thank you Bryan, Courtney, and Evan !! I can’t wait to see my suit when it’s ready!! Cheers! Jeff
